A little bit old Average business hotel... Bad point: the room shower are awful, it force you to use the small onsen on the first floor. Not good laundry machines.
Our second time in a Hotel Route Inn, they are a notch up from the Comfort Hotel chain. Rooms about the same size but much better breakfast. Wifi and Lan in the room. The washing machines are burried in the bathroom changing area where men were naked, some doing press ups starkers. Dont know how it worked for any females wanting to do their own washing unless they have their own sets of machines. Housekeeping was good, staff friendly. Hotel well placed, car parking good. Good value for money but obviously not luxury for the price. Hotel used by business men and cable guys.
Very nice & beautiful hotel in Iida, I have stayed 3 days during my Japan visit.

You can stay cheaply with the GOTO campaign, so use it occasionally.
The building is fairly old, but it feels like it is well cleaned.
The parking lot is on the same site, and the number of vehicles is a little short or overflowing.
The air conditioning is individually adjusted to your favorite temperature, so it's good.
Minimal amenities such as shaving are provided.
After all route in, there is no inconvenience to stay.
The age of the building is 4 stars.
It is convenient because it is close to the interchange. Breakfast was delicious. The single room is like a business hotel a little while ago, so don't expect it. There is a feeling of being expensive. The hotel is very kind and polite. You will be saved.
