Great staff. Rooms could be updated a bit more. Good and punctual transport service to and from the Narita Airport and Aeon Mall. Convenience store right in front of the Hotel.
This is a good hotel with nice rooms, good house keeping, nice buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner, ample parking space, nearby mini stop shop , naritasan temple at a walking distance, surrounded by greenery and at the back of the the hotel is a fruit garden and lot of place around to go for a walk , scenic place
Love this hotel! Very friendly staff. Not close to the city. But they have a shuttle to Aeon mall. There are some rumors about ghost sightings at this hotel. I have been here more than 10 times. And most of was 2 nights or more. And I have never experienced anything.
There is a mini mart right next to the hotel which is packed with a variety of goodies. Love their sandwiches!

Lots of Nepali staffs n they were very heplful.. Especially the Buffett in charge
Hotel staffs were helpful and I am thankful to them. Many airlines crew are coming here for a transit stay and short layover. Location is quiet peaceful and relaxing. Food were 8/10. The beds were not comfortable indeed, need to change mattress. Transportation to and from airport were provided on time. Overall experience is quiet good. Special thanks to the Manager who offered dinner to celebrate our first visit in hotel.
