Really like the simplicity of the self-check-in process. The place is near the major station (Kyoto Station), easy access via bus and train station also within reach by foot. Beds are comfy with like-new and fresh linen, heat pump (Danbo) is working perfectly and helps you go through the winter night, the lamp is adjustable. Also, we like the fact that this property is providing a washing machine and a bathroom that can also be functioning as a dryer.

This is a self check-in apartment and we had no issues. We had no direct contact with the staff. The apartment was clean and had a new air-condition. The bathroom had a good size and a strong shower. There was a washer inside the room and detergent to use. The beds were large and comfortable. There is free WIFI with reasonable speed. The room is good, however, not very sound proofed. You can hear the other washers and guests. The apartment is not very close to the city center and train station. About 15 minutes walking from the apartment is a large supermarket and shopping center AEON.

Small apartment but with everything, just everything. Cross the street and you have the bus stop. At night you see the illuminated Toji Temple. You independently check-in and check-out without seeing anyone and no problem for the time of return.
