We stayed here in April for 4 days. Just gorgeous place! Two floors, hall, kitchen, laundry, two bedrooms and a room with mats. Everything is clean, new, and neat. Futons are great. This is ideal for the little money it costs. Supermarket, a couple of small cafes, large pharmacy are quite near. The owner left a free wi-fi router that you can take with you and use in the city. Small nuances: this is a residential area, so it’s far from the subway, about 1-2 km on foot. And it is not entirely clear where to throw garbage: at the entrance there is a box, probably there. So, place was nice, we liked it!
