Kenshichi Heshiki Gallery

I have been here several times over the past few years, and I have to say that this is a must for any photo enthusiast or history lover in Okinawa. There are rotating exhibitions/ photo projects to see. But one of my favorite parts is the collection of photo books that is located among several bookcases. These books host a visual history of Okinawa and are extremely engaging. There are many photos that document all the changes that have happened over the last 90 years. The entry fee is currently ¥500 which includes coffee or tea and some sweets.

It's worth going once. I had coffee.

At home gallery. From the main street, turn around the corner of the store and there is a parking lot behind the store.
