Hotel AZ is the best. Rode away in the rain the next morning but I had a good night's sleep and excellent breakfast so I was happy.

Hotel Amaze Chain has used each store many times and I think most of them are well-educated as expected. Unfortunately, this Kumamoto Ashikita store is below expectations. The facility is normal, but the front desk's response was somewhat erratic, and I often pointed out and corrected it. If you are a newcomer, I think it would be good for two people to deal with it.

The breakfast was delicious. It was from 7 o'clock, but I think it would be better if we could eat a little earlier. The hem was also beautiful. The parking lot is large and I don't think it can be stopped. There is a supermarket nearby and it is convenient.

2020.11 Meals were prepared in the hotel instead of using other affiliated stores like HOTEL AZ. I think it's difficult because the scale is small.

The attitude of male employees is the worst. I won't give you a name, but I called to confirm if there was a restaurant near the hotel, but it was handled halfway. I understand that it will be difficult due to the heavy rain disaster, but I think it is a hotel without any fragments of hospitality.
