A very decent official Disney partner hotel. Has an official Disney store in the hotel. Spacious room and bathroom by Japanese standards; ideal for stay with family. Convenient location as it is located in close proximity with a train station. Free shuttle to the Disney resorts. ¥9,000 for 2 adults; free parking; no breakfast. Check-in took quite some time; but check-out was quick as they offer you an option to just leave your key in the room and go. Overall, great cost performance and would recommend this hotel if you are visiting the Disneyland / Disney Sea.

The first visit was in September. The dim light in the room and the many single beds did not make the best impression. Later a month later, I decided to stay again at this hotel for 3 nights and I hoped that the staff might choose a good room, but in the end the staff gave me not the best room. There is only 1 outlet in the room, and there is also 1 in the bathroom. There are no outlets near the bed, this is a huge minus, all the time there was a problem with charging the phone, well, it was not very convenient and unpleasant. I was also very outraged that there was no cream, lotion, etc. Usually, even in budget hotels, there are single-piece bags with creams or skin care products. I usually don't need it, but this time I really needed it, but it wasn't here. The pluses - free shuttle bus to disney and a nice pub downstairs. But I don't want to stay in this hotel anymore. For that kind of money, you can find a hotel no worse than that.

A nice hotel and good for kids. The family room was spacious, but no smart TV. No HDMI connection. You can only watch Japanese TV. The check in process is unbelievably slow. One of the longest ever in my life. The disney store made the kids happy and it has a small, but convenient convenience store. Don't go there during rush hour. It gets really busy. The bathroom was good for two kids. It's a good place to stay at if you want to go to Disneyland, but prefer a cheaper hotel than the hotels located near Maihama.

I visited there with my family. There are many shops around hotel, so it was very comfortable to eat some food, buy something like clothes or stuff. JR station right there. Strongly recommend.

Rooms are spacious and clean. They provided actual slippers rather than the more commonly seen disposables. The main window in our room had some sort of coating on it to blur the view..I'm sure it was intentional to block view from outside or to block the sunlight, but it was odd. Also there was a shortage of working electrical outlets, which is annoying. Check-in process was a bit odd. The front desk is not immediately obvious after wandering around the lobby. You take a number and at some point your number is called and projected onto a wall, that is behind you, so you may never see it. This process may be effective when they're booking in the hoards of Disney-destined families. The bar in the lobby is beautiful with big trees decorated in lights (though not with the typical Japanese attention to detail) but since there are loads of super-excited kids running around, it's not the most relaxing atmosphere.
