It was a beautiful facility with a sense of cleanliness. The bath was also heated, and there are bathing facilities and a convenience store nearby, so I think you will not be troubled with shopping.
It was about 5 minutes walking to the sea, and I visited in December, but in severe cold, there were a lot of surfers and it was a shore like a holy place.
