I used it for a family vacation. The rice is the best. It costs a little money, but you can enjoy seasonal sashimi at dinner. I recommend you to choose this and enjoy the seafood of Chiba. Although the room is a pension, it feels like a hotel. Recommended for family trips.
The owner has humor. It was a clean room.
I enjoyed the course meals of my husband, who was full of humor and love for his hometown, and his wife, who made use of local ingredients.
I think that the rooms and water areas are very common as a pension.

Guests can use the parking lot behind the pension for free.
The nearby Hasunuma Water Garden is about 3 minutes on foot, and the Highness Beach is about 8 minutes on foot.
You can purchase a pool admission ticket at a pension with a 100 yen discount, and you can get a discount ticket for a seaside house.
Swimwear can be washed and dried.
There is no place to change clothes when going to the pool or the sea, so I think it's better to change clothes at the interway.
Meals were also filled with moderate amounts for couples in their 40s, 50s, and elementary school (lower grades).
