I used to stay at this hotel before Mystays took it over. Back then, I loved being able to order Domino's pizza and it being brought to my room. I did order a burger from the restaurant and it was brought to my room quite quickly. It was good enough for a burger you get at a hotel's restaurant (not good enough for what you can get at a burger restaurant), and they have a pretty good selection of other things. I didn't eat the breakfast at the hotel since there is a parking lot across the street from the hotel's back exit and I got morning food from the 7-11 convenience store next to the parking lot. The rooms have been cleaned up, but the things that I dislike about hotels still remain. I don't like having to step up to get into the bathroom. Modern hotels don't have this inconvenient feature. Also, in winter, the A/C is set to heater and I can't sleep in a heated room. Modern hotels allow each room to have either hearting or cooling. Luckily, the window opened enough so I could get cool air from outside. Of course, when I went to sleep, I had to close the window because of the noise outside. Also, I took pictures of the pillows. Thick pillows is another thing that I don't like. I brought my own pillow and so that wasn't an issue. The bed was really comfortable, though. I was able to sleep quite well. Also, I plugged my computer into the TV's HDMI plug and could easily watch my shows on the TV, which is a good size. Although there were things that I didn't like due to the age of the building, this hotel is definitely worth the budget price that guests pay. I would go back to this hotel even though it does have irritating features to me.

Very accommodating and clean. Staff was extremely helpful and communicated very well even though I speak very little Japanese. Parking can be a tad difficult but the staff will assist.

Stay anywhere, but, here. On my third stay, when I checked out, I had the hotel hold my luggage since my flight didn't leave until 9:20 PM. They apparently gave my luggage to someone else since it wasn't there when I was leaving for the airport. They "found" my luggage the next day and called me to confirm my address in Hawaii. I didn't get my luggage for a month. I received my luggage damaged and some of my stuff was lost. Their reply, contact the shipping company because it left here in good condition!!! This is definitely NOT a typical Japanese company that prides themselves on customer service.

Room is big. You will have space for packing. Or playing with baby. Breakfast is so-so. Not bad. There is hotel parking but need to book in advance. & To park and to get the car, you have to ask the hotel staff to manage. It's a kind of an electronic parking lot. Not sure how to call it.

Small rooms, no early check-in, breakfast is good. Mostly Japanese breakfast. No bread, but croissant with butter and marmalade. Rooms are very clean, friendly staff. The railway station is 7 minutes by walk. It's a typical Japanese hotel.
