This hotel has 2 main things going for it: the location (just next to yokohama station), and the friendly staff. Rooms are clean and have all that you need, but are really tiny. Of course, this is Tokyo, so you shouldn't expect regular size rooms, but this is redefinition of the word Small. Still I've stayed there the last 4 times I was in Tokyo, and will be there again next week, because the plusses outweigh the lack of space

If you love the sound of the first and every other train in the morning...this is for you. But don't get up early and go to breakfast as the don't open until 7:00 with very slow service.

Rooms are very clean and service is excellent. Good location as it is close to train station. Wifi connection was very poor. Breakfast included at cafe on the first floor was good.
