Some people got an error because the machine for card payment procedure was malfunctioning. Also, I was contacted several times due to a system error such as being able to make a reservation for GO TO or not, and I was a little surprised because I was told that the fee would be normal even though I could make a reservation. Is it a problem at the headquarters? After all, it turned out to be okay the day before. The reception staff at the site are very friendly and helpful. The room is new, so it's usually clean, but there is something wrong with the air conditioner, is that? It was like that. After all the on-site correspondence was accurate and kind.
Since the on-site staff are polite, it is a waste to say that the system and equipment are inadequate and that you should pay the regular fee. You can expect it if it improves.
