Place was not well cleaned. There we're cobwebs on the hallways and inside the rooms. Futons had stains. room was narrow. Onsen was relaxing though but no shower on private onsen.

The view was beautiful, the onsen was lovely, and I was able to book the private onsen on the roof, which was a new experience for me. My room was comfortable, although there were a few mosquitos and the shower room had some stains. The walls are thin but the other guests were relatively considerate. Overall the price was quite reasonable for what we received, the complementary onsen was the main reason my friend and I chose to stay here and we certainly made use of it.

It's old hotel, but very reasonable prices

A nice accomodation in Kinugawa Onsen. You can have bath in their onsen. And they have private onsen
