Some people have written in the review, but if you are a little late to leave the room, you will be charged an extension fee. Moreover, no contact will be made to the room as to whether or not to extend it. It's just a rip-off. Please be careful. The grandmother at the reception desk at night didn't respond well, and I'm sorry that the room smelled like cigarettes, but I'll never go there again. We recommend other hotels.

Both bags of bath salts were opened and used. Perhaps it was used by a previous customer, but the staff did not notice it and it remained as it was. There was also a fly in the bathtub. I used to take a break for 3 hours, but I was charged an extension fee of 1000 yen just 5 minutes and 10 minutes late for check-out. I've never had this kind of thing at a hotel so far, so I felt quite angry.

The grandmother at the reception night is terrible, ruining the atmosphere. It is wasteful. I was sorry that others were good.
