The hotel itself is good. Clean rooms, friendly enough staff and aminites. The main reason I can't give it more stars is because of how far it is from the trains. There are hotel in the same price range closer to the main lines.
Clean and new, cheapest in town, 10 min walk from kita-fuchu station, perhaps 20 min walk to much more convenient kokubunji station.

Never use it again.
The biggest concern was that there was only one set of washing machines and dryers outdoors. It's under the emergency stairs, and on a rainy day, the water fell like a waterfall from above and bounced off, and my pants got soaked while I was putting the laundry in.
The corner of the floor of the room is darkened. The night light has no dimming function. I turned it off because it was dazzling.
I have to walk a little to a nearby convenience store.
Fuchu is better if the purpose is the cheapness of live-max.
I was a little anxious about the frontman who did not know whether he was Indian or Nepalese, but he was very good because he had a gentle smile and a polite response.
When the parking fee departed by 8:00, the late night fee was applied and it was cheap.
The shower in the bathroom was also vigorous and the drainage was smooth, but I dropped one star because the mixing tap was separate from hot and cold water.
