Very hospitable and welcoming. Relaxing baths and wonderful meals. Sad to have to leave.

Excellent dinner and breakfast. Best place to stay so far in Japan.

Nice traditional style hotel along a river. Great onsen with indoor and outdoor baths. The rooms are traditional tatami mats with fold out mattresses - making the beds a bit hard. The walls are also a bit thin so you can hear activity in the hallway. There are private showers and bathrooms and complimentary tea in each room. The staff is very friendly, the location is good and we enjoyed our stay. I do recommend this hotel as it is a good value.

Full course Japanese dinner and breakfast was delicious. You can also reserve a private bath that includes an indoor and outdoor tub. The staff is very helpful and very respectful. 10/10 would visit again
