Fantastic! All areas are neat and clean. It's the first hostel that I've stayed which provides new floor mats for shower. Many places don't place floor mats and therefore, toilets become dirty and messy when the ground is wet. Or even if they do, it's a wet one because it's been used the entire day. Rinia has clearly shown their interest in providing a clean and comfortable environment for their guest. It's also very close to the train station which allows access to local subway as well as the JR line! Other than that, they really deliver excellent service and assistance. Special thanks to their staff, 杉本拓海, who kindly helped to follow up on my parcel even after I left. In all, if you're looking for a simple and affordable place to stay around the Nagoya city, this is highly recommended.

The price is very high for just a share room normally i pay the same amount for an seperate room with small kitchen and own bathroom. A little bit disappointing. Everything else is good.

Loved how compact the room was. It was a room made for 1. Amenities were really clean. Location is great, literally 3 mins walk from the train station.

Great place. Staff were very friendly. Staff were also very helpful. There were many places to eat and shop near the hotel. The rooms were very clean.

The room we shared was very intimate and awkward in most scenarios that took some getting used to, such as learning to remove your shoes by the door (which is a new experience for western citizens), or remembering that food and drinks are not permitted in the room either. There were a few luxuries we surprisingly enjoyed, such as the cosy beds, which felt like we were sinking into fluffy warm clouds of comfort after long days of touring the area of Ozone; or the heated toilet seat, which was a greatly missed pleasure once we returned home. The only disadvantages was the fact we were a tall family and we figured the room we were getting would be large enough based on the advertised images online. My arms length could touch from bunk bed to wall and we couldn't close the toilet door, without physically dislocating our knees if possible. Also, don't expect any western broadcasted channels unless you wish to improve your japanese with their televised shows. The lounge also is a no shoe zone and provides appliances to heat food or drinks but not the beverages itself. Regardless the staff was quite considerate and helpful about instructions towards tourism or room privileges. Also, bunk beds provide charging docks for phones, iPods, etc, but you will need an adaptor plug. We did enjoy our experience and make the most of it, so with these in mind I hope you enjoy the hostel too. Just be sure to respect the rules and the culture.
