If you want to stay in Chatan, it's a good option. Very affordable price, rooms are confortable and you are very close to American Village and a lot of restaurants, store around it. The staff is kind, helpful and it makes the difference. Really recommend

Stayed here in December 2019 during a family trip. The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from the American Village. Rooms are clean and spacious; it was great that they have baby cribs available for my little one. There are several restaurants and café nearby which I didn't have to walk all the way the American Village for most of the time. Last but not least, the staff at the reception are very friendly which makes my experience a pleasant one.

The room is acceptable and fully equipped. Toilet is spacious. The tatami room is interesting as well. But the parking fee of ¥500 was not mentioned on the Agoda page.

Poor reception service. It seems to be a foreigner named [Cameron] who provides arrogant attitude. First impression is bad! Won’t come again
