The check in is fast. Staff is friendly and helpful. The room is super clean and comfortable. The price is reasonable. The breakfast is nice and it's free.
There is a shuttle bus between the hotel and the Nagoya Station. The driver is so friendly and helpful. They can speak English well.
Toyoko Inn always will not let you down. Nearby to station. Enough facility for short stay.
I love this chain of hotels and this is no exception. The parking is FOC for guests, the facilities and amenities are ideal for both the business and other travelers, including coin laundromats, nightshirts, pants press, computers and printers, breakfast, Hot tub and more than sufficient power points for our electronic devices!

Toyoko Inns are always value for money, this one was no exception. Clean , comfortable and as always service with a smile. Even though my japanese language skills are poor , staff were able to help me with all my questions. Sign up for a membership card and reap the benefits. As a tourist cycling through Japan Toyko Inns are like an oasis , with self serve laundry, plenty of local information, they never balked at me or my bicycle. Cannot praise them enough.
Worst hotel service ever. Didn't return my stuff when I left something at this hotel.
