Nice, convenient location and spacious, clean rooms. We even had a package with afternoon tea served in our room, which was a welcome option for social distancing.
The staff was very kind, and we enjoyed our stay. However, the price was a bit high for the area, especially when you consider equally apportioned hotels.
This is a great hotel in Yokohama. Classic Japanese hotel, but spacious and modern. I especially love the additional perks and special treats given to Marriott Bonvoy Titanium Elite members. The lounge on the top floor, the special amenities and dedicated service. The suite was large and spacious
Service is great. Security using card key in elevator is nice. The fitness center, sauna, pool, jacuzzi is free for Gold and above. Take the Eco option and you will get 500 yen credit for a sandwich and coffee in the basement floor. Excellent service!!!!
Clean and spacious rooms as compared to downtown Tokyo. Good buffet breakfast spread. Tap water is drinkable and even purified. Plenty of eateries just outside the hotel. Connected to Yokohama Station.
It was a bid odd shaped lounge because many free sitting chars surrounding the lounge and all chars were occupied by young people. I didn't feel comfortable at all.
