Hotel Euro City

Absolutely horrendous place. The “private Onsen” was a bath. Not a Onsen but a bath. And it was nasty. Completely dirty. The front desk staff was rude and not understanding of my concern that it was dirty. I left 10 minutes after check in because of these issues. They tried to charge me even though the room was dirty. They told me about the outside Onsen and then told me I could not use it because I have tattoos. This place is a joke. Please don’t waste your time. I had to take train all the way back to Tokyo after weeks of anticipation of a wonderful time in Nikko. This place sucks on every level possible.

Honestly, I didn't expect much from the appearance, naming, and reasonable price. However, in a good way, I felt disappointed, and I was highly evaluated. My husband and wife all love bathing, so I stayed in a maisonette-type room with an open-air hot spring bath, but it's great to be immersed in the hot springs that flow 24 hours a day. I also brought my smartphone and drinks so I could relax for a long time and enjoy the hot springs. It wasn't small even for guest rooms, and it was a size that could fit comfortably for about two adults. Also, the meal comes with all-you-can-eat crabs, but I'm good at cooking and I would like to recommend other menus than crabs. It seems that there are many regulars, and it seems that they are enjoying conversation with the staff, and the cozy atmosphere was a good impression. I will use it again when I get close to Nikko.

After 10pm, you can rent out the open-air bath, so It is a perfect hotel for families, couples or couples to enjoy. I think that the style like Petit Pension is also personally nice. It is a hotel I want to visit again.

I have used Casual Euro and this Euro City many times. If there are no people here, you can use the large communal bath as it is, and the seats for meals are decided in advance. Is this for adults? It feels like, but both can be spent slowly.
