I get really frustrated when hotels have hidden fees, especially ones within their control. This hotel has a first for me. The units include a kitchenette, but if you want pots/pans/dishes/etc. you will have to pay extra. Works out to roughly USD$10/day to rent these items. I've looked at many of the travel websites and cannot find this charge anywhere.

Stayed here for 2 nights. It was overall a pleasant stay but was rather cramped even for two people. As a no frills service apartment, it was ok for the price. Parking is 1000 yen a day.

Great location and even included a washing machine! We missed breakfast because we woke up late but the room also included breakfast.

Great price for the location and overall quality of the room. Very clean and nice staff. Walking distance to American Village. I would definitely stay here again.
