The wording was so terrible that I thought. Is it a part-time job? Even a part-time worker should take hospitality training. The voice is quiet and the phone seems to be far away, but even if I asked, maybe the meaning was not understood, the voice remains quiet. I was rude to the incomprehensible language, but I almost laughed. I thought that I would continue to use it on a company scale if this correspondence is good, but it is disappointing, of course I will not use it at all in the future. The staff at my time was "missing", and other staff may be good, but that's the kind of hospitality business.
