I stayed at the beginning of December.
The room is normal without a bath and without a toilet, and the bath is not a hot spring as stated on the website. (There was a feeling of cleanliness)
But the food is great.
The game is fresh and has no odor. As a person who can no longer eat greasy foods, I felt it was more delicious than my hometown Hida Beef. The amount is large, and even the extreme story Jibie alone will make you full. If you also drink Kikusui provided at the inn, you will feel the comfort of a sake pond meat forest. (Miso soup and tofu are all handmade and are as delicious as Jibie.)
You can go through the mountain meat (🐻🦌🐗). It seems that they are using an old school, and the stairs and toilets still have an atmosphere. Meals can be eaten at the hearth.
The food at the inn and the setting were good, and the calm atmosphere was wonderful. The hot water in the large communal bath was also kind to the body, and healed my tiredness.
The owner of the inn is a very nice person. It's a bit inconvenient because there's no toilet/fridge in the room, but I think it's ok if you go with that intention beforehand. The bath is not a hot spring, but it is very beautiful with groundwater. After all, it is a recommended dish here. You can enjoy authentic Jibier cuisine.
You will be treated to great hospitality in a very natural place. It's easy to eat the dishes you are proud of, and it's very delicious 💕 The wonderful personality of your husband is the best 😍
I definitely want to go again.
