Great place to stay during winter with heater everywhere, and lovely host, easier access with car. House behind a river. Owner loves his moss.

Unique place where we like to come back to resource ourselves

We had a great stay with Chu at the Midorian, and were lucky enough to be his first ever guests back in October 2017. The home was cozy and quiet, with only the sound of the running river to keep us company at night. Chu was a wonderful host, amazingly warm and generous, with lots of helpful information about the area. We'd definitely go back and stay with Chu!

The host here is really nice(he'll chat with u and share some snacks with u), and the room is pretty comfortable😊 Btw, the bathroom seems cannot locked xD U have to notice that~~

Japanese-style apartment with 2 large living rooms, it's great to sit and drink tea together at the warm leg warmers. Bedroom with 4 bunk beds is smooth and clean, overlooking the stream. Separate kitchenette and toilet on the 2nd floor. Bathroom with hot tub below. Warm and lovely host. Very worthwhile !!!
