Generally, it's a good hotel. Have been there many times. The new wing has awesome rooms—the largest room I have ever had in Japan. Good amenities and excellent staff. Breakfast on the ground floor was good but a little overpriced.

A decent hotel. Room is small but good. Starbuck coffee on the lobby. Breakfast Japanese style.

Very spacious for a Japanese room. However, we could not open the window, and they have turned off the air conditioner, only heater in the room, a bit stuffy and warm.

My opinion of this hotel is based on not being in my preferred area of Nagoya. Hotel has some smaller rooms. Clean and comfortable but on the smaller size depending on room selected. The hotel is close to Sakae so if you are into shopping or the night life this may be the choice for you.

Nice hotel ... in the middle.of nagoya , easy to go shopping by foot . Room is nice , big bed .
