Update：Going to reopen.
You are able to reserve a private room with an Onsen at this place. Each room has a different bath design and they kept it in this modern retro Japanese style. Unfortunately this place is currently closed due to repairs.
The room and private bath was amazing, and they made a salad and soba without any sauces as I'm vegetarian (I brought my own ponzu)
10,000 yen for 2 hours. There was no loungewear, no cold water, no tea in the room, due to the excuse of being affected by corona. Moreover, since the receptionist does not guide you about it, you will not know it until you enter the hair. Even at restaurants, they take water and tea after taking measures. Calling a meal is difficult because the phone call is difficult. When I asked him to bring tea with his meal, he couldn't drink because he didn't have a cup of tea. Meals are of course separately charged. There was a bath, but there was no drinking water, no room clothes, and I didn't feel the value of 10,000 yen in 2 hours. I won't go anymore.
The main building is banned from entering Tokyo, so this time we also rented a villa and took a hot spring bath.
Well, unlike the main building, a couple, a couple, and a family can soak in the hot springs together, so it's a little expensive, but it's a luxurious luxury unique to times like this, and it's a satisfying one-day hot spring!
Meals are delivered to the room and they are delicious!
It's close to the center of Tokyo, and it's great to have a free flowing source!
I would appreciate it if the temperature of the hot water could be lowered in the summer.
