It doesn't lose to anyone when it comes to value for money. It does feel very run down though.

The correspondence of the front desk is not good. It may be good for those who are not particularly concerned about being offended. It may be that the response according to the rules is higher than the service of the service industry by the behavior standard of this front desk.
In my case, I was told that if I arrived earlier than the check-in time and tried to proceed, I would have to contact him in advance if the check-in time was changed. Of course, I will contact you if it seems that it will be later than the check-in time, but it is the first time I was accused of it at the accommodation I have used so far. I didn't feel very good. Later, when I looked at the reviews of other people, I was convinced that there were some people who had a low rating for the front desk response for a few years. This time I had a good study that there is such a facility. Next time I will use another facility, this is not here.
It is about 20 minutes on foot to JR Nagoya Station.
Surrounded by a residential area, it is quiet and good environment at night.
There is a paid washing machine on the rooftop, but it seems that it is better not to use it late at night because of sound problems.
The shower/toilet washbasin is located outside the room in a common space.
Please be aware of the available time as it will be used by one person at a time.
The room has a length of 4 tatami mats, which gives us the impression that it is older, but the cleaning is very thorough.
