Friendly staff, English was no trouble. The shower was nice, large bath was available. Pillow and futon was nice, they did cater a larger futon for my tall boyfriend (6 ft 1). The location is great, close to train station, within a 5 minute walk. The hotel is very quiet, well maintained and clean.
Authentic room, clean and tidy. The futon was surprisingly nice to sleep on. Toilet and basin included in the room and a shared shower/bathroom. Convenient to get to from the JR line (If you have the JR Rail Pass). Within walking distance to a super sento (5 minutes to a 24/7 bath house) .

There is no problem if the room only sleeps 2 adults.
The price is cheap and the support is great.
The bath temperature is very good.
As a smoker, I am very grateful because there are smoking rooms for smoking.
The lovely ryokan is right next to the station. Meitetsu walked a bit and reached JR eki. The owner is kind and old. The room is small but clean. There is no microwave to warm up food, there is a coin-operated washing machine and a clean, well-combined bathroom.
