Extremely clean and proper Japanese version of an American brand hotel. Small, but comfortable, rooms. Very nice restaurant. (Occasionally) fun American-style sports bar. Not much in the immediate vacinity. A free bus makes extremely punctual scheduled runs to/from downtown Narita. You can definitely find some fun places to to drink, eat, and shop without too much effort.

Great location; quiet and relaxing. This hotel is located 15 to 20 minutes from Narita by shuttle bus. Note: Some of the facilities are dated, but that does not take away from the stellar staff or outstanding level of service!! Friendly staff, nice rooms, nice view, the bed is quite comfortable and there is a convenience store nearby. The pool seems quite naar nice and the gym is quite old, but works fine. Very quite and comfortable to stay, even for 14 days quarantine. I just wish there was coffee in the vending machines?

Dated hotel located in the Narita Village, excellent gym and pools. By no means are the rooms uncomfortable, but they could well do with a renovation, especially the bathrooms. Short walk to the nearby supermarket, if you take a left turn. Right turn could take you to an interesting running route.

Very friendly people, I love the staffs ,very cooperative with guests.Homely experience. I definitely recommend this hotel for new visitors, they have taken very good safety measure amid pandemic.
