Clean and close to JR and subway stations, we stayed in this hotel for 6 nights. Will consider to choose it again when we visit Tokyo in the future.

Such an AMAZING stay for an amazing price!! we will definitely stay here again when we go to Japan. 1) Room: spacious, probably because we got the "double" room with two beds, and we combined the beds into one. Plenty of space to store our luggage (1 big luggage and 1 carry-on luggage). Clean and spacious bathroom. Paid $70CAD/night for the room! 2) Amenities: skincare available at 1st floor; you can grab however many you need (DHC individual sachets! the best thing ever). Other amenities also provided on the first floor (hair brush, hair ties, face mask, tea, etc) 3) Location: best location ever... so many places to eat around the area, and right across a shopping mall with a grocery store in the basement! Saved so much money by going to the grocery store to buy our snacks. 5 min walk from the Kinsicho train station with easy access to anywhere; and it's also a JR station. Yes, it might not be very close to tourist locations such as Shibuya or Shinjuku, but for the price, I would rather save my money to explore other things (and to eat) in Tokyo!

Great hotel, it's close to a station and a lot of restaurants/stores. It's also safe to return to it at night (when I visited, I returned most days 10-11pm). The staff is friendly and helpful and there are free tea bags, coffee and beaty products by the reception. Recommended! Would stay at it again when visiting Tokyo.

Good value in central Tokyo. The property is clean, quiet and quite comfortable. The bed has a decent mattress that isn't as hard as some. I was in one of the standard double rooms for single use. It was perfectly fine for one person, but I'd note the pics on sites like Agoda make the room look larger than it is. There was a double bed with choice of pillow types (pushed up against the wall and with only a couple of inches between the foot of the bed and the window), so you could really only access the bed from one side), a desk and chair, and a small wardrobe. There was also a folding luggage rack, and just enough space to stand it by the food of the bed. Amenities in the room were better than I expected in this price range. The bathroom shower was great - good strong water pressure and very hot water (the tub is deep, so it's a bit of a step to get in). All in all, I was very happy with the quality of my stay and the value for money.
