A bit pricey for what you get and the staff is not so friendly. But they have a nice view of the river 🙌🏽
Comfort food . Kyoto food.. nice view.. maybe a little pricey for the quality of food but the view is worth the while
Good-ish food with a mid-range price tag.
Convenience restaurant nearest Uji bridge, food quality is not good, just for group tourist.
Had an early dinner of cold green tea-flavored soba with tempura while my wife had tempura domburi (over a bowl of steamed white rice) with a small cup of hot udon soup. We went up to the 3/F to sit at low tables (reminded me of lower primary) looking out towards the Uji river. As it was after sunset and quite dark, there wasn’t much to be seen. Even the Uji bridge which had lanterns lit along its span was barely visible from where sat. The restaurant owners had lit from below the flowering Sakura tree right in front of the restaurant that made for interesting photographs. Food was good and filling. Service was courteous.
