I have never been more disappointed when dealing with a management before. The cleaning staff and the rooms are fine however the management is not. If you want to be treated like an adult do not stay here. If you are staying longer then a couple of days I recommend staying somewhere else. This management should be ashamed at how they are treating military members that are protecting their freedom.
Good: cleaning staff and clerks are kind and responsive.
Bad: Strict rules that prohibit leaving most things in shared bathroom or common area. Windows not sufficiently sealed, allowing humidity and bugs in (the staff here address this by stuffing towels into the lower track). Weak a/c in some rooms. Quads without kitchens. Shoddy management.
Probably great of you aren't here with a command. But if you are, expect to have your towels taken out of the bathrooms, shared kitchens with idiots that can clean, and a severe need for a communal area with tables and chairs. It's nice to be able to save money by cooking meals, but what would really makes it great is if we didn't have to eat on our beds, that we are charge for it damaged, or the sheets are stained.
The room was nice and cozy. AC worked well and they provided a fan if you are a white noise at night kind of person. The staff were phenomenal and nothing but helpful. Only complaint was the room didnt have any hot water due to maintenance, a notification was provided on the door. Just made for a nice chilly military style shower.
The lower is way better living than the upper facilities!
