Very nice room, super clean
Welcome good basic hotel after a day cycling from Fukuoka. Standard comfortable room for this sort of hotel. Delicious breakfast with Japanese and Western options. My first Natto.
The rooms were nice but internet wifi was really bad. Could not be used at all inside the rooms.
There is no word of welcome, thank you for your hard work, and no word of caution at check-out. It was a smoking room, but there was dust in the air conditioner outlet, and when I opened the filter part, I found that the mesh was covered with dust, so I immediately erased it, and there is a family restaurant and buffet on the first floor. However, although the price of the buffet is cheap, there are not many items. The guide in the hotel in the room only states what is there, and I don't know what is on what floor.
I stayed at various hotels on a business trip, but there is no such a terrible hotel, I'm sorry I will not go anymore.
I've been there for a couple of years, but I won't go there again. A person who was promoted from the chef to become the manager was politely advised, "If I don't like it, I wouldn't go. If customers use other places for about half a year? The head office has the same intention." I did. Hotels that neglect to improve service will not go twice because the customer base is inferior.
