The hotel is a real Ryokan with outstanding service. The staff are just so kind and efficient. The rooms are gorgeous with Onsen in it. The lift of the ski hill is right there so a true ski in/out
The staff was kind and it was nice to be able to spend a comfortable time in the room with a bath.
The steak for dinner should be a little less fat. Kamameshi was burnt, so it would be nice if you could tell me the time.
Room hot spring Employees' attitude was all good I think it would be nice if you could just choose the amount of food
The building itself is old, but it seems to have been renovated. Great rooms, food, hot springs and customer service.
There is a semi-open-air hot spring, the food is average and the service is quite good.
