The staff were very polite and patient. When we had a problem with the parking fees they were glad to help us and showed us the way. We cannot thank you enough for your patience and kind treatment we received during our stay at the hotel. Definitely will use your services again. Highly recommend!

Great view of the city and the bay from where I stayed. A nice clean room and the breakfast was great. Felt safe.

My highest respects to this hotel and staff. Wow! If you are a foodie.... go to the top lounge for B,L,D. 🤤 Also, they had plenty of umbrellas to lend you while you explore. It’s a rain or shine kinda thing. Watashitachi wa anata no hoteru no subete o tanoshinda. Sugu ni mata otozuremasu. Arigatōgozaimashita

I've ever stayed here with my parents for just one night. I was very surprised that here has awesome breakfast service I've never experienced ever! Good breakfast makes good day:))Also you can enjoy the great view of Hiroshima city with having breakfast.
