Booked specifically because it advertised a car park on-site but it turned out to be literally three parking spaces, impossible to get without reservation - and the parking spaces nearby are extremely costly. The rooms were clean and cheap but I wouldn't stay there with a car.
The toilet doesn't heated up during winter/cold weather
The hotel is not bad but it is a bit dated. There are no separate AC controls so you either turn on the air circulation with heating, or turn everything off.
They dont have card access to the room. They give you a key with a huge keychain that you have to give to the reception every time you go out.
The staff at the front desk were great. The Japanese buffet breakfast was well priced and delicious. Staff in the dining area were also lovely. Bathroom was quite small, but so am i, it was fine just to shower etc. The room was really clean and i had a lovely view. Really close to the museum and dome. Easy streetcar ride to JR line station.
The hotel itself is just basic business hotel with small rooms and tiny bathroom.
Staff is friendly, premises clean.
But location is what makes this hotel great! Just few steps from A-bomb dom, Peace Park, Market..
