We had a great stay here. It was quiet, as it was not on the main drag. The restaurant was nice and the room had a nice view. Good experience.

The room was clean and pretty decent, but it took three trips to the desk to get the room I wanted. I ordered a room for 3, non-smoking, from Agoda. The first room had three beds but was smoking. The second room had one bed, non-smoking, but cost extra. The third room finally was non-smoking with two beds. It was frustrating to need to take an extra hour to just get a room that was non-smoking with enough beds as I was traveling with my fiance and a friend who were both ill and needed a non-smoking room to keep from further exacerbating their illness while also not cramming us all into a single bed. Make sure you know Japanese and are very firm with the folks at the front desk, or you'll get the run-around.

Great hotel, excellent a service. My only minor annoyance is that the front desk closes in the late night to early morning, which can be a pain with jet lag.

Location is reasonably convenient for shopping and food (Motomachi Street). English-speakers shouldn't have any trouble checking in/out and hotel breakfast is decent.
