A ryokan that makes you feel the history. Once inside the building, you will be greeted with a retro atmosphere. The staff is friendly and easy to spend. Foreign tourists may enjoy the Showa retro interior and amazing bath! There are also amenity.

Food is just amazing! Owners catered to my vegetarian diet, without any problem. They are in general very helpful and friendly. Ohyama is famous for tofu, so it was fotu paradise on a plate;) the building is old, but fully renovated, so rooms and all spaces are very nice. All is super clean. There are only shared toilets and a shared showers/bath (sento style). Great value for the price.

Dinner was great with all the tofu dishes. But so cold at night even we turned on the heater.

The building is old but well kept and very comfortable. The rice was delicious, the price was easy and the customer service was great.

There were few guests and I stayed in a good room. However, I spent the night in the moldy smell so as not to ventilate. It is only this which is bad disappointing of the sliding door of the bathroom. Even if the building is old, it was pleasant and comfortable. All morning and evening dishes were very delicious, and the menu was healthy and full.
