The tour inside will take about 15 minutes. It is very interesting, they show what kind of spices were traded and the trade agreement and other items. However, if you are not in the close to this area, I would not say it is worth it traveling this far (takes about 4 hours to get here from Nagasaki by bus).

Located in a remote area, the Hirado Dutch Trading Post houses a few pieces of history prior to the Dutch being located in Dejima. It's about a 3-4 hour bus ride from Nagasaki via Sasebo. The entire museum can be visited within half an hour. Not really worth the entire day sitting in a bus, but still interesting to visit once in my lifetime.

It was quite small and not too many things were displayed with a 300yen change. But the lady staff there was really nice. Tho with not a lot of things, the whole displacement and the exhibition were put together quite nicely. Note: they do not have parking space in front of the building.
