Good place to stay clean and cozy

Nice hotel, clean, quiet, close to Tokyo station and breakfast included. Don't expect an amazing breakfast, it has the basics but it ok.

Good points are up-to-date amenities and a fairly central location. It's nice that they serve a breakfast but the breads were all oily or sweet and there was no protein option that wasn't processed red meat. The guy next to me was on the phone at 1:30 in the morning but the reception wasn't able to come up to his door because they only had a single person on staff. I suppose this is not so uncommon but I ended up having to solve it in a very non-japanese way, by getting into a pounding match on the wall. He later woke me up with his snoring, an experience I had hoped to avoid by not staying in a capsule hotel. The staff was a little hit-or-miss. I would go back but only after researching other options.

Nice hotel, quite close to Tokyo station. Neat, clean, friendly staff. Wifi is slow.

Reasonably priced. Small but clean rooms. Not latest standard. Very limited breakfast including cold sallad, One hot dish, soup, tea, coffee, milk, orange juice, breads, pastries, jam and butter. Friendly staff.
