The hotel is simple but the staff is rather friendly. The nearest convenience store is called, Mini Stop, which is less than 5 minutes on foot. I would say the location is bad, the nearest shopping mall, Aeon Tsukuba is 30 minutes away on foot, so back and forth will take you an hour of good walking exercise. Breakfast is 100% Japanese.

It's a little old hotel in the suburbs without any special services, but something calmed down. It's not a modern hotel, but it's like this I like it.

It's cheaper with less than 5,000 yen for overnight stays, and it's convenient because it's close to the inter and convenience stores. The shower was weak, the shampoo was in a disposable bag, and the body soap was soap. An inn with weak water will make the impression worse.

It is cheap but not bad. The good point is that the room is not narrow. Washed toilet seat included. WiFi of room is connected without problem. Convenience stores are also within walking distance. The bad point is that there are few on-site parking lots and a little far from outside parking lots.

It's not good. Cockroaches and cocoons appear in the room. The rice is not good, the shower area in the bathroom is too wide, and there are more insects. Can't sleep
