Bitchū-Takahashi Station

Cozy and beautiful station with a bookstore, a library, a Starbucks and a tourist center which you can book taxi to Bichu Matsuyama Castle for ¥600 (you need to book one day in advance). Worth dropping by if you are waiting for train.

It was a refreshing modern station for a local city station. There was a bookstore called Tsutaya Bookstore as a tenant, but there was a coffee shop and a tourist information center in the same space. Takahashi City Library seems to live together.

The station of the Hakubi Line, the representative station of Takahashi City. Many trains return from here to Okayama, and the number of trains doubles. The station building is a freshly constructed bridge-top station building that is integrated with a complex such as a library, bookstore, and cafe.

In the Kurashiki and Okayama areas, two diamonds are assembled in one hour. The limited express also stops. ICOCA can be used. I think that it is a suitable station from the scale of the city.
