Canadian here so sorry my friendly Japanese friends but for my first onsen experience, this hotel was awesome! My girls family gets a rebate for living in ota-ku so we all stayed there for a night. I tried the outdoor and indoor baths (showered first of course, you need a clean body before going in any of these) and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I am not a fan of sea food so I wish there were more choices at the banquet and I wish there was less elderly people there but overall the ambiance and the people there were incredibly polite. You hear small waterfalls and smell the forest when you open the sliding door and sleep on traditional Japanese futons in a renovated but old style room. The bathroom is typical of Japanese bathrooms in that it includes the toilet with the washlet and is of course impeccably clean. I would give this hotel 100 stars by Canadian standards but I suggest everyone should go at least once in their life!

Overnight using Go to. The customer service is excellent. The image of the dinner was large, and the taste was normal. The breakfast was delicious. The hot spring was also good. * There were several places where you could feel the oldness, including the room and washroom.

Room: 4 The room itself is neither good nor bad. However, the point was high that there was a 40-inch LCD TV and the latest washing toilet. Bath: 3 Although it is fed directly from the source, both the large bath and the open-air bath were of a general size. Amenity was not enough (shaving and hair dryer were removed as a measure against corona), and I was a little dissatisfied. Supper: There was no eye-catching dish, but all the dishes were prepared. That's all ... I thought, but the abalone sashimi I chose in the plan was beyond my imagination. Probably at other Yugawara inns, such abalone sashimi is quite expensive. Breakfast: 3 General breakfast. Customer service: 2 First of all, there was no reception when I arrived, the parking lot was quite small, but it didn't park, it didn't carry my luggage, and there wasn't enough explanation at the front desk, so it was terrible. Even though it was a corona countermeasure, I was dissatisfied with not having what I needed. ● It was a nice miscalculation to have a gorgeous abalone in the mountain inn, but other than that, I think it is a general inn with the source of Yugawara.

The building is a little old, but the room was very beautiful, probably because it was renewed. The bath is also reasonably large. The morning and evening meals were delicious and enjoyable.
