A french inspired hotel in city center - Located in Ginza the hotel looks good from outside & inside. Its easy to access most places from the hotel - The breakfast spread is elaborate & food is nice with Indian options - Staff is professional & well trained - Rooms are big & comfortable with all the amenities Great place to stay for family

Staff are friendly and try their best to understand you even if they don't speak English very well. They will go out of their way to make sure they help you even of they don't have to. The rooms are spacious for Tokyo and the bathroom is amazing. The staff clean the rooms every day and they are well maintained. Overall staying here has been a very pleasant experience.

Excellent Hotel Within Easy Walking Distance From Tokyo Station! This is a really nice hotel in a great location. It’s within easy walking distance to Tokyo and other train stations. Ginza area is wide and clean with ample shopping and restaurants. The room was nicely appointed and was a bit larger than a standard Tokyo hotel room. I was able to do computer work in comfort. The hotel is spotless as expected! The buffet breakfast was superb with Western, Japanese and Asian food choices, so I combined my food. Monterey Ginza met my expectations 100%!

It is in a very exclusive part of Tokyo but didn't feel that way. Although the price is lower than others felt that the rooms needed a freshen up. But a great location and staff were very friendly and happy to help. Didn't eat there. Location is very good for ginza and the high end shops.

Big brand, good service. Room is very small. Location is good but I wont say its the best as it is a slight walk to the major subway line at ginza station. The station next to it goes with the line you seldom use as a tourist. I would prefer staying right above ginza station for same amount of money.
