I love the village Shisa that was set up to protect the village, not Shisa in front of the house in Okinawa. I knew that there were people making such village Shisa figurines, and I visited the workshop. I thought it was amazing to be able to dig stones and make shisa. The face and body were created to match the stone, so the taste matched and I couldn't stop.
