Tokyu Stay Nishi-Shinjuku

We have hard time to find this hotel, end up we call taxi after we went circling the park couple hrs., but we have very good dinner , a small restaurant beside the hotel, n the staffs are friendly plus very helpful, sure will go back again ! Hopefully maybe next year!

Booked through Agoda and got a good/ reasonable rate. Rooms are quite small, so only fit for a person. However the quality of the rooms are great. Breakfast- not so much. Good thing, Macdonald's is literally next door!

The location and room is good, there is a McDonald on the ground floor of the building, and many convenience stores and small restaurants along the same street. All rooms equipped with a washing machine and microwave oven is their biggest selling point which is really convenient. However, the service they provided are very limited. They don't even willing to help me to call a local Restaurant to make reservation, I think this is not asking too much, right? With this price I don't expect they provide this level of service. Anyway, if you are well prepared and no problem on self service, this hotel is wonderful for you, as the level of their "hardware" is the compensation of their services.

Small room as usually in tokyo, but really smart an confortable!!!

Amazing location, near to the metro (Nishi-Shinjuku Station) good hotel and excellent attention. Highly recommended.
