This is a new hotel, opened in 2020, so the facilities are good, incl. a decent onsen. However, the breakfast is a very low standard. Not much choice, no fruit, very slimey scrambled eggs and a 30 minute wait.

The first reason for choosing 1 star is the woman at the reception. I have a very bad attitude. Please change your mind or change your mind by starting the education and training from the beginning. I get frustrated and this is also frustrating. And please do not ignore people's questions and respond politely. I'm still frustrated to remember. Next is the room, but the drainage ditch is immediately clogged. The floor becomes a pool with water in the unit bath. The drainage from the bathtub is about to overflow the room, and I can't use the toilet for a while until the water drains. It is a hotel where I can't find any good points.

It's open in 2020, so I'm glad it was very beautiful. As far as I can tell, the public baths are mainly men's baths. The women's bath is about the size of a large bath, but you can use it slowly. There were disinfectants everywhere as a measure against corona, so I was able to spend my time with peace of mind.

First of all, the room is overwhelmingly bright. If you like darkness, you can adjust it. Although it is not a natural hot spring, there is also an open-air bath in the men's public bath, and the stopper at the position where the shower is hung is an exquisitely good position in the washing area. Amenity is DHC. If you are a woman of your choice, there seems to be milky lotion in the women's bath, so I wonder if that point will be an evaluation point. The regrettable point is that there is a supermarket within walking distance, but it is a distance that I do not want to walk slightly when it is raining. The bed outlet is on one side, but there are many outlets in the room. There is a comic in the lobby, so it's a plus factor for those who like it. Breakfast (now?) Is like a weekend buffet with one plate on weekdays. It was good that the Viking had a large number of items. Rice is said to include prefectural brand rice. It is also convenient to start at 6 o'clock. I am personally happy with the check-out time at 11:00.

The cleaning is perfect and very clean. The bath is not a natural hot spring, but you can comfortably take it in the large public bath. Breakfast is a buffet style with corona measures, but there is no excess or deficiency ... It was delicious. Especially the reception and staff are very friendly and supportive. This inn is recommended for those planning to stay in the Kashima area.
