Very nice and friendly staff, good location if at University close by and solid building. Furniture and kitchen is quite dated and for taller people the bathrooms might feel a bit small. All in all pretty good value for money for semester-residents, but quite expensive for shorter stays. Short-term tenants and guests can also borrow bikes for 2 hours at a time which is convenient for getting groceries. Also, if you're looking for a cheap gym in the area for a few visits take a look at the yokohama city tsurumi ward sports center (300yen/visit), easy to reach by borrowed bike!
Old building but still beautiful. Washing machine at each floor. Gas system. Friendly secretaries
The residence is good for international students in Yokohama...the rent is low around 34600 excluding electricity fee, there is locker for every room outside of the room..very convenient...
The personal is totaly unhelpful and dont prepare for international guests. The rooms are terrible.
