Could not have been more of a negative experience. I have been to Japan numerous times and this was by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Heads up, you get ONE key that has to be kept on the wall to have your AC or heat work while you are in the room, if your staying by yourself that means no cool room after a hot summer filled day with an AC system that took forever to finally be noticed. Have someone that wants to head out and explore and someone that wants to take a nap? Well you can’t get a second key for your room and every time you have to try to explain what you need to the hotel staff be prepared for it to take forever and to be told that you can’t be let into your room unless it’s earlier if the person your traveling with fell asleep and is not along up by knocking or phone call. They also messed up our booking and would not inner the price we booked at to try and remedy our booking and get it to what we were actually suppose to have. Please do yourself a favor and stay far away. Do not pass go do not collect $200 this is not the Japan experience your looking for. I’d rather sleep in an internet cat chair then ever come back to this hotel.

Wifi is very weak, when I asked this problem they told me that the hotel is full. This shows that they planned everything for an empty hotel... Reception personnel didn't let me to make a little meeting for my business on the table that I see they were full empty. Most of people can't understand English. But they improved the breakfast service during the time I stay here...

Didn't check in until after midnight.. somehow I reserved a smoking room and when I said I prefer a bon smoking room, the reception upgraded me to a top floor suit free of charge. Since it was already so late and my daughter and I we're soooo tired, she wanted to make it a comfortable short stay. Room was awesome! if u have a chance and budget for suite room. Huge Japanese style tatami room bed huge shower room with tub spa and even a sauna room. Extra tatami mats and a nice queen bed! Amazing room. Yes, furniture is old, but still very clean. I enjoy this hotel best!
